Hibiscus 🌺 Hawaiian fruit salad ðŸŒ´

Ingredients:

1 small pinapple

1 small papaya

1 mango

(if these fruits can’t be found substitute with others)

2 tablespoons banana or macadamia nut liqueur

Lime juice to taste

2 chopped hibiscus petals

4 large hibiscus blossoms (stamens removed)

Mint leaves for garnish

Whole hibiscus for garnish

Preparation:

Peel and finely dice the pineapple. Peel and finely dice the papaya and mango, duscarding the seeds. Place the diced fruit in a bowl. Add lime juice and liqueur. Refrigerate the fruit to chill. Just before serving, add chopped petals. To serve, remove stamens from the whole hibiscus flowers. Set on dessert plates and spoon some of the fruit salad inside, letting the rest spill onto the plates. Decorate with mint leaves and additional petals. Serve immediately.
